Identity Salon has more than 25 years of experience in working with extensions of all types and application methods, and we were the first salon to bring human hair extensions to the East Coast. For the uninitiated, human hair extensions are the safest, healthiest, and most realistic type of hair extension product available. Unlike prior iterations of hair extensions, human hair extensions use no glues, waxes, plaiting, or sewing. This ensures that your real hair stays happy and healthy throughout the lifecycle of your extensions, which is typically about three months. And the maintenance really couldn’t be any easier. Just treat your extensions like your own natural hair. Feel free to use any bath or beauty products you normally would.

The best way to see what our stylists can do for you is by scheduling a free hair extension consultation. One of our stylists will sit down with you to discuss your hair goals and walk you through all the various extension products we have (natural and synthetic). Once we’ve landed on a hair extension product that is the right color, length, and style for you, we’ll get your appointment booked for your hair extensions to be put in, which can take as little as three hours.

Choosing the right hair extensionist can seem like a big decision. Just know that Identity Salon has the training, qualifications, and products to ensure that you’ll leave our salon looking incredible. Our extensionists are so skilled in their craft that they’re often asked by other salons and learning institutions to teach their techniques.

Note to our clients about hair extension services: A $200 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. The $200 amount will be deducted from your overall ticket total once your extension services are complete. At least 72 hours of notice is required when cancelling extension services in order to not forfeit the $200 deposit.
